Who should get the COVID-19 vaccination?
Everyone should get vaccinated if they are able to!
The COVID-19 Virus has proven to be very contagious and transmissable, potentially causing severe respiratory symptoms that requires hospitalisation, intensive care, and even death.
Vaccination “trains” our immune system to fight the virus, protects us from developing severe symptoms, and helps reduce transmission.
Vaccination will help our community reach “herd immunity” against this pandemic.
How to protect yourself and others from COVID-19?
To protect yourself and others, it is important to stay up to date and follow the current Public Health Advice, which may include:
Practicing good hand-hygiene
Maintain physical social distancing of at least 1.5m
Stay home and get tested if you experience any respiratory symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath and any loss/change in taste or smell
We ask all patients and customers adhere to the above, in addition to other Covid Safe measures within our pharmacy.

YES. The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) has updated advice that both vaccines can be co-administered together.
